(London, England) Britishers vote amid dismal economy future. Prime Minister Edward Heath votes early; Labor party leader Harold Wilson also votes early; campaign issues for both ptys. reviewed. Liberal party leader Jeremy Thorpe expects to receive increased support. Polls close, but no returns received BBC poll gives Labor party slight edge over Conservatives.
