(Studio) Soviet foreign minister Andrei Gromyko visits DC.
REPORTER: Howard K. Smith
(DC) Gromyko and Secretary of State Henry Kissinger meet. [GROMYKO - refuses to go into detail about talks. Insists Cuba wasn't topic.] Gromyko and President meet later. Gromyko's visit symbolizes Soviet belief that President can survive politically, despite Watergate.
