(Studio) Soviet foreign minister Gromyko ends Washington, DC visit; White House to issue communique on results of meeting
REPORTER: Howard K. Smith
(DC) Soviet-American summit meeting for `74 will take place. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger to meet with officials late in March in USSR to set up summit mtg. between President and Soviet party leader Leonid Brezhnev later in year Kissinger announces Strategic Arms Limitation Talks (SALT) II negotiations to resume in Geneva.
