[Committee chairperson Representative Peter RODINO - insists Judiciary Committee not on fishing expedition with White House materials.] [Representative Edward HUTCHINSON - believes committee 's requests reasonable and relevant.] Questioned about possible independent person choosing Watergate materials. [HUTCHINSON - thinks interjecting 3rd party inappropriate.]
