(Studio) Soviet newspaper "Pravada" criticizes American's Mid. E. policy; details given. US, USSR detente begins to shift.

(DC) Soviet party leader Leonid Brezhnev apparently comes under pressure re: detente. USSR tired of standing by while United States gets credit for making Egyptian, Israeli disengagement a reality. USSR openly opposed lifting embargo against United States and entire Mid. E. policy. If detente to survive, Secretary State Henry Kissinger must be most persuasive during Moscow visit next wk.
