[FEO head William SIMON - says although embargo over, gasoline and oil won't reach consumers for at least 2 mos. Prices to rise.] [American Petroleum Institute P.N. GAMMELGARD - explains reason for gasoline price increase Expects 10c. per gallon increase] Gammelgard expects more gasoline at stations within 30 days.
