[SHELLHAMMER - describes landlord's eviction notice after she declined his advances.] [Jacqueline LEWALLEN - denies Shellhammer's allegations against husband Norman Lewallen.] Findings of Fair Hsing. Center director Shana Smith's undercover investigation outlined. [On audio tape, voice of LEWALLEN - tells Smith of bribe sources; remarks transcribed on screen.] Lewallen said first landlord in United States to be convicted of sexual harassment. [SMITH - notes most of Lewallen's victims were unaware of their legal protection.] [Bobbie JACKSON - recalls experience with Lewallen.] [STAFFIER - doesn't consider situation fair.]
