(NYC) Mltchell's lawyer Peter Fleming outlines defense. Fleming questions character of prosecution's witnesses. Walter Bonner, Stan's lawyer, reveals Stans to take stand in own defense. Securities and Exchange Commission cmsr. Irving Pollack takes stand as 1st witness; details of testimony reviewed. Former personal secys. of Mitchell and Stans also testify. Neither lawyer denies Robert Vesco's part in case.
