(NYC) [Oil broker Armand VENTURA - says he gets gasoline from foreign sources, but exact details can't be divulged.] [Oil broker Buddy HERNANDEZ - states oil comes from Mediterranean, N.W. Europe, and non- embargo cntrys.] Oil brokers search for oil because it's profitable. [HERNANDEZ - admits many flim-flam men have cropped up as oil brokers.] [VENTURA - believes FEO realizes where oil brokers' oil comes from.] Validity of fuel crisis to be further questioned.
