(New York City) Egypt's foreign minister Fahmy warns if Israel conts. retaliation against Syria and Lebanon, Egypt will come back in fighting. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger to visit Cairo. At UN, Kissinger speaks of world economy [KISSINGER says no bloc of ntns. can decide future. All engaged in common enterprise. Can build just world only if we work together.] He promised United States expertise and money and lowered tariff barriers.
