(Santa Barbara, California) Group from "Get Oil Out" (GOO) holds fish-in against Sun Oil platform. GOO fear another undersea oil leak. GOO appeal to Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas. [Sun Oil Company Robert KLAUS - cites American dependence on Oil and says they have a stake in the channel.] Platform fell from barge into Pacific; slight GOO victory.
