NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) administration James Fletcher's reorg. plan outlined on screen, discussed. Possibility Challenger crew families will have grounds for liability suits such as that filed by widow of astronaut Gus Grissom cited. [Attorney Ronald KRIST - explains legal basis of such suits.] [Attorney Ken. MILLER - agrees.] Compromise with commission member Richard Feynman arranged by chairperson William Rogers mentioned.
