(Studio) President releases to public edited transcripts of Watergate related tapes after complying with House Judiciary Committee

(DC) [In address to nation, PRES. - says his conduct with regard to Watergate totally correct then and now.] Transcripts don't clear matter completely. Ambiguities exist in transcript of March 21 meeting; exs. given of John Dean's and president' ambiguous statements. Conversation involving Howard Hunt, hush money and clemency related. Court apptd. electronics experts pursue possibility that March 21 tape may be copy.
