(Atlanta, Georgia: Peter Van Sant) Indictments in North Carolina of White Patriot party mbrs., neo-Nazi organization, for murder conspiracy and other chgs., reported; background to case reviewed. Scenes shown. Steve Miller mentioned among those indicted. [US attorney Sam CURRIN - accuses suspects of potential for violence, emotional instability.] Suspects said accused of plotting murder of civil rights leader Morris Dees and bombing of his headquarters, Southern Poverty Law Center [CURRIN - believes White Patriot party has been destroyed.]
