[WALTERS - says the Nicaraguans may have to listen to Ortega's rantings but he did not.] [ORTEGA - says if United States can talk to Iran it can talk to Nicaragua.] [Representative Jim WRIGHT - says when peace plan in place, no aid to the Contras will be granted.] Contra leader Pedro Chamorro, Costa Rican president Oscar Airas mentioned.
