Ortega's attack at United Nations on Reagan's Nicaraguan policies reported [ORTEGA - says Rambo exists only in the movies and someone needs to tell this to President Reagan.] United States ambassador Vernon Walters' angry exit mentioned. [WALTERS - says the Nicaraguans may have to listen to Ortega's rantings but he did not.] [ORTEGA - says if United States can talk to Iran it can talk to Nicaragua.] [Representative Jim WRIGHT - says when peace plan in place, no aid to the Contras will be granted.] Contra leader Pedro Chamorro, Costa Rican president Oscar Airas mentioned.
