(Studio) House Judiciary Committee to meet tonight to consider President' compliance with committee subpoena.

(Capitol Hill) Democrats anxious to contest President' compliance. [Representative George DANIELSON - doesn't think President met requirements.] [Representative Robert DRINAN - insists committee needs tapes.] [Representative Robert KASTENMEIER - states President hasn't complied with subpoena.] Most Republicans believe President abided by committee subpoena, but some members suggest he must allow verification of transcripts and perhaps release some tapes to committee Committee chairperson Peter Rodino wants tapes; transcripts unsatisfactory.
