[KAMPELMAN - says details of pact should be able to be worked out.] USSR negotiator Yuli Vorontsov shown arriving in Geneva, Switzerland. Afghanistan mentioned. Plans for President Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev to sign treaty at upcoming summit noted. Verification issues still to be decided upon outlined on screen. [KAMPELMAN - discusses on-site inspections.] Attempts to tie up treaty's loose ends prior to summit reiterated.
