(NYC) Vinyl chloride 1st found in harmful quantities at B.F. Goodrich in Louisville, Kentucky. [Dr. Irving SELIKOFF - doesn't think any worker should be exposed to inhalation of any chemical.] Ind. moves swiftly to protect workers from vinyl chloride. [SELIKOFF - states public shouldn't be exposed to air with cancer-producing particles.]
