[Federal Aviation Administration spokesperson Joseph FEE - explains requiring TCAS installation soon.] No. near midair collisions involving commercial airlines last year recalled. [Voices of PILOT and CONTROLLER - discuss near miss; remarks transcribed on screen.] Air Line Pilots Association reported opposing TCAS in favor of better system.
