(Los Angeles, California: Jerry Bowen) Pentagon report's discovery of significant level of sexual harassment of and discrimination against women in the Navy and Marines based in Pacific examined; details given, scenes shown. [WOMAN - describes treatment at Subic Bay base.] [MARINE - describes abusive treatment of his Navy wife.] [WOMEN - describe male crew's reference to them.] Chgs. against the Safeguard captain Lieutenant Commander Ken. Harvey noted include public sex and offering to sell women assigned to his ship. [Attorney Alan EDMUNDS (sic: it's a Navy woman)- claims such harassment can be halted.] [ATTORNEY - thinks sexual harassment in the military is institutionalized.]
