William French. [FRENCH - says governor is impeding investigations.] [MECHAM - proclaims innocence.] "Smoking gun" memo to be used as evidence against Mecham shown. [While holding toy gun, Mecham attorney Murray MILLER - responds to "smoking gun."] Possible impeachment and upcoming recall election reviewed.
