(Saint Petersburg, Florida: Victoria Corderi) Mercy killing case here featured. [Cancer victim Patricia Rosier's stepfather Vincent DELMAN - testifies with regard to deceased stepdaughter.] Rosier case detailed. [Last year, husband Dr. Peter ROSIER - says he helped his wife take her life.] Dr. Rosier noted now on trial for murder. [Defense attorney Alan DERSHOWITZ - comments.] Dr. Rosier's injection of morphine noted not killing wife; Delman reported then smothering her to death. [DELMAN - admits to smothering Rosier.] [Assistant state attorney Ed VOLZ - comments on case.]
