(Los Angeles, California: Jerry Bowen) Recent report recalled that examined case of Bradley Ackerman, man who shot his girlfriend Julie Alban and then himself. [ACKERMAN - says he remembers nothing.] [ALBAN - says she loved Ackerman.] Jury reported ruling that Ackerman intended to kill Alban; sentence given. [Stepfather, Dan. Ritter's attorney Anthony MURRAY, prosecutor Ken LAMB - comment on verdict.] [ALBAN - comments on honesty.] Bail for Ackerman noted rejected.
