[President Dan. ORTEGA - (thru translator) says all prisoners not released at once because we need guarantee that peace is definite.] Reagan administration's concern about Sandinistas' adherence to bargain reported [Assistant Secretary of State Elliott ABRAMS - says we have heard promises before.] Continue of peace negotiations noted; issue of disbanding of Contra army noted. Scenes shown of members of Nicaragua's conscript army and of Palm Sunday church services.
