["ANITA" - comments on suing neighbor for sexual molestation.] Sexual abuse victims quoted with regard to legislature Abuse victim Wendy Hochman shown rehearsing play she wrote about years of sexual molestation suffered from father and uncle. Statute of limitations noted running out before Hochman could sue. [HOCHMAN - says repressed memories until adulthood.] Cts. noted responding to incest cases more openly. [HOCHMAN - says punishment of crimes will decrease number committed.] Experts quoted with regard to child abuse nos. in US.
