[NIXON - says peace is process to be continually reaffirmed.] President signs new NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) declaration of principles. NATO's present state discussed. If President and Soviet party leader Leonid Brezhnev reach some token agreement with regard to arms, members of NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) to accept agreement; reasons given.
