(DC: Robert Schakne) Lieutenant Colonel Oliver North, Albert Hakim, Richard Secord and John Poindexter reported challenging basis upon which independent council Lawrence Walsh charged them with regard to Iran/Contra scandal. North, Hakim and Poindexter noted under immunity during Senator hearings and now claiming that Walsh improperly used testimony. Walsh quoted. Walsh's instructions to his staff with regard to case quoted on screen. [August 1987, WALSH - comments on case.] [Representative Lee HAMILTON - comments on situation.] Judge Gerhard Gesell quoted.
