(Studio) Prosecution launches case against John Ehrlichman in Ellsberg break-in case.
REPORTER: Howard K. Smith
(DC) Prosecutor William Merrill's arguments reviewed. G. Gordon Liddy, Bernard Barker and Eugenio Martinez also on trial with Ehrlichman. Dr. Lewis Fielding subject of break-in. E. Howard Hunt's testimony reviewed. David Young to be witness also; Young granted immunity for his testimony. Secretary State Henry Kissinger likely to testify also.
