(Studio) House Judiciary Committee to discuss milk fund tomorrow. Associated Press reports at least 16 on Judiciary Committee received milk money for their own campaigns.

(DC) Recipients of milk industry contributions named. Representatives Tom Railsback and Charles Rangel to return their contributions. [RAILSBACK - explains reason for returning contribution.] [Representative Walter FLOWERS - feels no conflict exists in keeping his milk industry contribution.] [Representative Robert McCLORY - doesn't think returning contributions necessary.] Committee chairperson Peter Rodino sees no conflict; President' attorney James Saint Clair may comment otherwise.
