[California Jackson delegate Pedro NOQUERO - says after conv., it will be up to Jackson delegates to see how hard they will work for Dukakis.] [JACKSON - comments.] [Jackson conv. manager Ron BROWN - discusses Jackson's role.] Problem for Dukakis of how to deal with Jackson reiterated.
