[San Francisco airports commission spokesperson Ron WILSON - comments on janitor finding baby.] [San Mateo Cnty. det. Mike DOW - says baby was hidden under sink.] Mother, Christine LoCasto, reported turning herself over to authorities; charge discussed. Locasto's neighbors in New York City reported asserting that they did not know she was pregnant. [Mills Hospital spokesperson Ann FYFE - comments on infant.] Court reported deciding fate of child.
