(White House) Ziegler says White House may have made mistake in not releasing March 22 transcript of White House tapes. Ziegler names chairperson Peter Rodino, cnsl. John Doar, Representatives John Conyers, Robert Drinan, Jack Brooks as violators of President' due legal process.

(Capitol Hill) [Representative Elizabeth HOLTZMAN - says regardless of Ziegler's remarks, President' words can't be denied.] [Representative Edward MEZVINSKY - believes heat placed on committee by White House because impeachment decision nearing.] Former Attorney General John Mitchell testifies with regard to hush money. John Dean to testify tomorrow. House Judiciary Committee's case against President to be released in book form tomorrow.
