(Studio) In Vietnam speech, President Nixon declined to reveal withdrawal timetable. South Vietnam Vice President Nguyen Cao Ky says South Vietnam to replace American combat troops by end of 1970, and support troops by 1971. President Nguyen Van Thieu says withdrawals to be made according to enemy activity and South Vietnam ability. Communist activity increases against South Vietnam. Ambush casualties reported.
