John Doar to present theories of impeachment, possibly Friday [Representative Charles RANGEL - believes only facts warranting impeachment should be presented.] [Rep Hamilton FISH - thinks both sides of issue should be prepared.] Republicans draft only balance theory of case. [Representative Robert McCLORY - considers impeachment matter seriously. Vote still on fence.] President' attorney James Saint Clair makes closing arguments to committee tomorrow.
