(Studio) Former Secretary Treasury John Connally indicted. Connally accused of accepting bribes from dairy industry to influence increase in milk price supports.

(DC) Grand jury forewoman Ada Chapman presents report to Judge George Hart with regard to Connally's role in milk industry bribes. Jake Jacobsen, former dairy ind. lobbyist, ready to plead guilty to charges and testify against Connally. Connally hires attorney Edward Bennet Williams to oppose prosecution.
