(White House) Vice President Gerald Ford, Department of Health, Education and Welfare Secretary Caspar Weinberger meet with President on domestic affairs. Top aides hint at tax increase to deal with spiraling inflation. [WEINBERGER - says President very concerned with inflation.] President approves attorney James Saint Clair's final argument to be made before Supreme Court President to leave for working vacation in California in 4 days. For. trips to major European capitals and Japan under consideration.
