Hungary recalled removing sections of barbed-wire fences, thus making it easier for people to escape. [East German MEN - comment on waiting outside West German embassy in Budapest, Hungary.] Hungary's stance on refugee situation discussed. [Border GUARD - (thru translator) comments on searching for woman and her child.] [Refugee Johann EICHLER - wants to leave East Germany.] Hartmann shown crossing border; refugee Peter Kota mentioned.
