(Studio) After Judge John Sirica rules no delay for September 9 Watergate trial, appeal court suggests slight delay. Sirica delays trial until September 30.

(DC) Decision was mild rebuke to Sirica. Defendants wanted delay due to pretrial publicity. Rptd. special prosecutor's office wanted shorter delay. Jaworski won't indict Nixon with former colleagues, if Nixon indicted.
