[FAA Larry KELLY - comments on investigation.] [Helicopter broker Phil MARSTELLER - says when rotor blades wear out, helicopters fall apart in the air.] [Rotor industry executive Herman BEVELHIMER, pilot Chuck EASTON - comment on situation.] Examples of falsified blade histories given; profits made by blade runners noted.
