(Baghdad: Martha Teichner) Call from Iraqi President Saddam Hussein for his military to be on alert for urban warfare in Kuwait featured; scenes shown from Iraqi TV; Secretary of State James Baker's warning last night that American patience is wearing thin and USSR envoy Yevgeny Primakov's peace mission to Iraq recalled. [On CNN, HUSSEIN - (thru translator) suggests Primakov be given a chance.] President Mikhail Gorbachev's call for an inter-Arab conference to resolve the crisis noted. Continued "bargaining for bodies" by Western diplomats and possibility of mass release of Japanese hostages reported; scenes shown.
