(DC) Parents of draft resisters come to Justice Department to ask for total amnesty. [John TILLER - says resisters not criminals. They shouldn't be punished for something they didn't do.] Group meets with attorney Martin Hoffman at Pentagon. Schlesinger and Saxbe shown meeting with regard to amnesty. [Mrs. Kay ISRAEL - says government wants boys to say they're sorry.] [Mrs. Ed SOWDERS - says son isn't criminal. Shouldn't have to apologize. Admin. forgetting her son.] Conditional amnesty will call for alternative service outside armed service.
