Tourists view unspoiled island [New Sark RULER - says doesn't want noise- producing agents here.] Horse and carriage here to stay. [Chief CONSTABLE - says have odd robberies and drunkeness. 2 robberies per year] Main street shown. [POSTMASTER - talks of self-sufficiency.]
