(Studio) Pennsylvania Judge Bernard Brominski denies request for autopsy of Mary Jo Kopechne.

(Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania) Judge issues decision after 7 weeks deliberation. Rules District Attorney Edward Dinis fails to prove she died from anything but drowning. [Mrs. Joseph KOPECHNE - says she will come often to visit her daughter. Wouldn't have come if grave had been disturbed.] [Mr. KOPECHNE - says Dr. Mills' exam. proved conclusive. Satisfied with Senator Edward Kennedy's explanation.] Date to be set for Massachusetts inquest.
