[HAZELWOOD, attorney Michael CHALOS, juror Terrill SMITH - comment on verdict.] Changes in oil transportation practices since spill noted. [Escort vessel system's Tim PLUMBER - says another big oil spill is unlikely here.] [Cordova Fisherman's United Marilyn LELAND, Governor Steve COWPER - comment on damage to area.] [Coast Guard Admiral Paul YOST - assesses damage.] Jury's verdict noted indicating that Exxon Valdez tragedy was not fault of one man.
