(Saint Paul, Minnesota) [Govt. prosecutor, R. D. HURD - says innocents should not suffer despite nobility of others' cause.] Defense attys. disagree. Argue nobility of Indians' cause. Prosecutor Hurd argues he was quoted out of context. William Kunstler conts. defense, compares situation to labor, civil rights struggles. [Dennis BANKS - claims actions were for justice to Indians.] Alternate jurors tell how they would vote. [Alternate juror Joyce SELANDER - would have voted acquittal.] [Alternate juror Linda LACHER feels same way.] Expected actions detailed.
