[Schizophrenic Jonathan SCHNEIDER - comments on his health.] [Elda BUNCH - says she can't afford clozaril for her son.] Reasons for high cost of drug, manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Corp., explained. [Sandoz spokesman Denis GRADY - says cost is connected to patient safety.] [At psychiatrists' meeting, New York state office of mental health Dr. John OLDHAM, Cornell University Medical College Dr. Richard McCARTHY - oppose high cost of the drug.]
