[Gwen DREYER - says she felt humiliated and comments on administrators' indifference.] [Midshipman Paula LAIR, brigade commander Michael McCARTNEY - comment.] Congress noted outraged. [Senator Richard SHELBY, Representative Tom McMILLEN - disapprove of incident.] Other current controversial incidents reviewed. [Commandant Joseph Wilson PRUEHER - says it was an innocent incident that got out of hand.]
