(Alton, Texas: James Hattori) NTSB reported finding truck driver Ruben Perez at fault in September 1989, Alton, Texas, crash with school bus; scenes shown of road side shrine and from crash site. [Victim's sister Mary HERNANDEZ, NTSB James KOLSTAD - comment.] Most of victims' families reported settling wrongful death lawsuits against Valley Coca- Cola out of court; some lawyers noted facing charges of barratry for frenzy to file suits. [Victims' family MEMBERS, HERNANDEZ, Hidalgo County district attorney Rene GUERRA - comment.]
