(Havana, Cuba) Film of Castro meeting with Javits and Pell shown. [JAVITS - believes Cuba wants normalization of relations with US.] [PELL - refuses to be too explicit with regard to conversations with Castro.] President and Secretary of State may exercise option to take next step in normalization of relations, but State Department never overly enthusiastic about trip anyway.
