[Gorbachev spokesman Alexander LIKHOTAL - comments.] [Soviet army MAJOR - (thru translator) cites his low salary.] [MAN - (thru translator) says the system has fallen apart.] Continued attack by opposition forces on the Parliament building in Georgia shown. Statement from Russian President Boris Yeltsin listing Gorbachev's retirement perquisites noted.
